What Is A Commercial Dehumidifier

Industrial dehumidifiers are mainly used in workshops, warehouses, factories, and other places. In contrast, commercial dehumidifiers are primarily used in offices, archives, materials, libraries, computer rooms, precision instrument rooms, hospitals, and other commercial occasions with relatively large spaces.

Commercial Dehumidifier Principles

1. Preair commercial dehumidifiers reduce the relative humidity in the air by cooling through the operation of the compressor and blowing low-pressure and low-temperature gas from the air outlet to keep the space relatively dry.
2. The operation of the constant temperature and humidity machine system mainly relies on three interconnected systems: the refrigerant circulation system, the air circulation system, and the electrical automatic control system.

The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat of the air and begins to evaporate. Finally, a specific temperature difference is formed between the refrigerant and the air, and the liquid refrigerant is also completely disappeared into a gaseous state, which is then sucked and compressed by the compressor, and the gaseous refrigerant passes through. The condenser absorbs heat and condenses into a liquid. After being throttled through the expansion valve, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant and enters the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle process.

The dehumidification capacity of portable commercial dehumidifiers is large, and the water tank capacity is also large, so the drainage method is critical.

There are two conventional drainage methods for dehumidifiers: water tanks and water pipes.

1. Water tank. The built-in water tank of the dehumidifier is filled and shut down, and the water is poured manually. The water tank of 8L-10L commercial and residential machines and industrial machines is not so easy to clean, and the experience will be worse;
2. Water pipes. Support external water pipes to discharge water to the sewer, it is required to be not far from the sewer, and there is a specific distance limit.

The more ways to drain, the more flexible we can use. If it is for commercial use, budget is generally not a problem. Be sure to choose a dehumidifier with multiple functions, which will provide better use and experience.
